Terms and Conditions for Ultimate Dining Card Giveaway

1. Introduction
By entering the Dealish Darden Gift Card Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.

2. Eligibility

  • This Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry.

  • Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Dealish (“Sponsor”), and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on January 25, 2026, and ends on April 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. E (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted after the Giveaway Period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

  • The Giveaway is free to enter and requires no purchase.

  • To enter, participants must fill out and submit the registration form at https://www.dealish.io/dealish-win-50-usa.

  • Only one entry per person is allowed through this registration form. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

  • Additional chances to win may be obtained through referrals, as indicated in the “Who Referred You” field of the entry form.

  • There is no limit to the number of referrals.

  • Additional chances to win may also be obtained by following Dealish on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. One additional entry is garnered for each account followed, up to 3 additional entries.

  • Entries earned by following Dealish social media accounts are only applicable after first submitting the registration form at https://www.dealish.io/dealish-win-50-usa. Additional entries will only be awarded if the entrant’s social media accounts correspond to the entrant’s name or social handle provided in the registration form.

5. Prizes

  • Three (3) winners will each receive a $50 Darden Restaurants gift card (the “Prize”).

  • The total approximate retail value of each prize is $50 USD.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

  • Winners will be notified via email within 14 days after the Giveaway ends.

  • If a winner does not respond within 14 of being notified, the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Prize Conditions

  • The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised Prize becomes unavailable.

8. Privacy

  • By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy. Personal information will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Giveaway.

9. General Conditions

  • The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

  • By entering, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and partners from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize.

10. Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and all disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

11. Miscellaneous

  • This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the platforms on which is is promoted or otherwise made visible, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

  • By entering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final in all matters related to the Giveaway.
